François joue et se joue de nous, dans un roman virtuose, beau comme le chagrin.

On est préparé au bonheur, mais on ne se prépare jamais à vivre le désespoir et la violence." Depuis sa plus tendre enfance, Sonia Grimm rêve d'écrire, de danser et de voir des baleines.
A l'adolescence, elle réalise que son plus grand désir est d'être maman. Elle donnera naissance, à 25 ans, à Emma, puis, deux ans plus tard, à Benjamin. En 2003, elle tombe follement amoureuse d'un producteur de musique qui lui propose de lancer sa carrière. Ils se marieront quelques années plus tard. Ensemble, ils sortent plusieurs albums, créent et montent de grands spectacles musicaux qui affichent complets dans les plus grandes salles de Suisse romande, telles que l'Auditorium Stravinski de Montreux, le Théâtre de Beaulieu à Lausanne et l'Arena de Genève.
Tout semble réussir à cette "princesse des enfants" qui est élue "personnalité préférée des Romands en 2011". Elle multiplie les succès et affiche toujours un sourire plein de gentillesse et de douceur à l'intention de ses petits fans et de leurs parents. Mais les apparences sont parfois trompeuses.

Este texto surge de la necesidad de dotar a las escuelas de vuelo en ultraligero de un documento de referencia actualizado que sirva como herramienta básica para la formación teórica de los futuros pilotos. Si bien en él se aportan conocimientos generales aplicables a cualquier modalidad de vuelo, su contenido está especialmente adaptado al pilotaje de los tipos de ultraligero más extendidos en la actualidad, como es el ULM multiejes de ala fija (MAF), comúnmente denominado «ULM tres ejes», y el ULM por desplazamiento del centro de gravedad (DCG), más conocido como «ULM pendular».

En el manual se abordan de manera accesible los conocimientos teóricos necesarios para la obtención del título de piloto de ultraligero, para lo que se omiten expresiones y formulaciones complejas prescindibles en este nivel. Su contenido está adaptado a la normativa vigente que regula las licencias de vuelo de ULM en España (Real Decreto 123/2015, de 27 de febrero) y desarrolla las materias obligatorias que debe contener el programa de formación, como son las siguientes: principios del vuelo, conocimiento general de la aeronave, prestaciones, meteorología, procedimientos operacionales, navegación, limitaciones humanas, comunicaciones aeronáuticas y normativa aplicable al vuelo en ultraligero.

Todo ello, con referencia expresa a las maniobras básicas de vuelo y sin olvidar los procedimientos estándar de emergencia que se deben seguir ante las principales contingencias que pudieran ocurrir durante las operaciones.

Además, las explicaciones se combinan con numerosas fotografías e ilustraciones que apoyan la teoría, favorecen la comprensión de los contenidos y aportan un importante valor gráfico a la obra.
